③ The nature of the Hong Kong company's business is not related to the company  name, bank account opening, annual audit fees, and registered capital.

④ The new regulations of the Hong Kong Inland Revenue Department now require  Hong Kong companies that already have operations to add "business nature" (i.e.  business scope) on their business registration certificate. If "CORP" is  displayed, the business nature (business scope) must be added, and it cannot  exceed 30 words, including punctuation marks. The new regulations are mandatory.  Therefore, when registering a company, one must be clear about their business  scope and truthfully state it. Once it is found that the company has not been  added, the court will directly issue a subpoena to impose a fine on the company.

 Many companies need to change their business nature after registering a Hong    Kong company due to strategic adjustments or personnel changes. The changes    in business nature of Hong Kong companies include: changes in business nature,    changes in the company's memorandum and articles of association, and updates    to the company's major events register. The change of business scope of a    Hong Kong company can generally be handled by the affiliated secretary company,    which can be completed within 3 working days.

① Copy of Business Registration Certificate;

② Copy of registration certificate;

③ 1 copy of the company's articles of association;

④ Copy of the complete set of documents for establishing the company;

⑤ Copy of documents related to stock reform, capital increase, or name change;

⑥ Copy of shareholder or director's ID card or passport;

⑦ Personally sign the legal documents for the change of address of the Hong  Kong company;

⑧ Company Major Events Register;
